Upgrade to 4.2 Navigation Lost & Mobile Friendly

    Greetings ~

    When I updated from 3.6.1 to 4.2 I lost most of my navigation menus on all pages. I updated all plugins and themes and it is still gone, so i went back to 3.6.1 not knowing how to fix this. Besides wanting to update for general reasons, I need to get both my sites mobile friendly as they are both flunking the Google test right now.

    I believe that 4.2 is mobile friendly as long as the themes used are. So do I need to change or update my themes ? I am using custom versions of Colorway 1.0 & a Child Theme of Thematic 1.0 on my two sites listed below.
    Colorway has a recent update available but Thematic does not.
