Upgrade to 4 causes FPW category Thumbnails Issue

  • We just upgraded to 4 and now get an error message at our site. It reads “Cannot activate! FPW Category Thumbnails plugin requires WordPress version 3.3 or higher!”. I have no way to go to the admin area as this message appears instead of login page.

    Anyone????

  • Using ftp or the file manager your host provides change the name of the above plugin to pluginname-old. You should be able to log in then.
