  • It may be that your files were not completely upgraded.

You need to manually upload a clean set of files, excluding the wp-content directory (otherwise you’ll overwrite your theme and uploads).

Whats the best way to do this, where can I obtain a clean set of files from?

    resolved, thx for the help

    How did you resolve this?

I have a fatal error as well and have been trying for 4 days to get this fixed

Warning: require(/home/content/27/7645727/html/wp-includes/plugin.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/content/27/7645727/html/wp-settings.php on line 68

Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘/home/content/27/7645727/html/wp-includes/plugin.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/local/php5/lib/php’) in /home/content/27/7645727/html/wp-settings.php on line 68

Go Daddy is my host and I tried to restore but nothing has worked and I don’t have a backup that is very current.

Thanks for any tips you can give me…
