Upgrade to 3.0.1

  • Oh Gosh!!

    I wanted to upgrade and selected the auto upgrade. Then the plugins that have to be upgraded and it seems as if my site has gone into a loop.

    It shows a 503 error and there is just no way I can get into my site and/or the wp-admin.

    Please, please help!!

  • Try:
    – switching to the default theme by renaming your current theme’s folder using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.

    – re-running the upgrade manually using /wp-admin/upgrade.php.
