Upgrade to 3.0 gives blank pages, cannot add new posts

Many people have reported that 1and1’s version of PHP4 is not working with WordPress 3.0, however they DID seem to have success with PHP 5.

Add this line to the TOP of your .htaccess file

AddType x-mapp-php5 .php

poojanyc – Earthlink is NOT WordPress 3.0 compatible right now.

Jefri Liu – who is your webhost? If it’s NOT 1&1, don’t try to edit your .htaccess file.
