    Just upgraded Ninja Forms on my development system (which has Debug Mode set), did the database update, then edited a form. Clicked the Email & Actions tab – flood of php errors – all PHP Notice: Undefined index: …

    The following indexes are undefined: ‘in’, ‘name’ and ‘date_updated’

    Oops guys – something not right with your testing.

    Sorry Ninja Team, found the problem and it was my fault – incomplete data in my wordpress database.
