I just used the changed files list on my four and my daughter’s (also 2.0+ though I’m not directly responsible for it – just a “help-out”).

Hers and three of mine were a piece of cake. My fourth one turned into the blog update from hell…. wound up with the “you don’t have permission….” message in wp-admin. Fixing this required finding that 3 page thread from the 2.0 to 2.0.1 problems of the same nature, following every one of the suggestions, PLUS renaming the plugin folder, uploading a fresh copy of capabilities.php, then naming the plugin folder back to normal. *sigh*

Murphy is alive and well and living in Southern Utah today….

Ouch V. =( Sorry to hear that 4th one was a doozy.. =( I was going to update the main blog lastnight once the 2.0.2 came out around 2am Eastern time, but only had the time to do one test blog.. =(

Plan on doing the other test blogs today then and then get to the main one last.. however still in debate on just upgrading the main blog to 2.1 alpha1 (sreen shots) though, has all those security issues resolved in it as well.. Only thing is though, still kinda has some “diplay” issues, and I think it’s mainly with the K2, but I’m not using that anyways lol

It all seemed fine though however, for the A08r theme I was using.. =) I dunno though, gotta take care of the little ones (kids), and most likely do all the rest of the upgrading later today sometime.. =)
