Upgrade to 2.01 question

    I’m hosted at Bluehost and when I click on upgrade to 2.01 I get this:

    “Click on Upgrade only if
    – no files, languages, themes have been modified
    – you haven’t added mods to this installation of WordPress
    Info: Your current installation will be backed up.”

    I’ve added feeds and hit trackers to my theme’s sidebar templete, does this mean I shouldn’t updgrade until I put everything back to how it was?

    Am new at this webhosting thing..thanks.
