Upgrade to 1.2 – No contact forms found

I had two contact forms – one default one, and another custom one which I spent two days the other day to create a form for people to submit some details for which I set the deadline is 25 November (yes, in two days time…).

Today I updated the plugin using the automatic update. Now the plug in says no contact forms found. Please see screenshot here – https://londonjazz.net/?attachment_id=2169
