Upgrade subscription

  • I have a number of customers on a free 30 day trial. The goal of the trial is to convert these trialists to paying customers when their trial period ends. An issue I seem to be having is that the trialist do NOT seem to have the option to upgrade their subscription from a free user to a paying subscriber? Is it something within the product itself that then gives the option for how to pay after their trial ends?

    The product is a ‘simple product’
