    Hi,

    I sent this support ticket to wpmart.com:
    I work for the Utah Pride Center in Salt Lake City Utah. We are needing ONE license for Team Showcase, the WordPress plugin.

    I have tried 3 or 4 times to purchase Team Showcase. One time (today) using ###################, and 2-3 times using #################.

    My Billing info (for verification):

    John’s credit card billing info:
    ########

    Can you please tell me what’s going on with these?

    Can you please cancel all but one of them and let the other go through? (Cancel all of John Johnson’s from yesterday. There should be 2 or 3 of those still stuck in “pending”.

    We had sent a purchase confirmation mail and sorry for the late response. It’s a manual process and was midnight in the local. Please let us know if require any support in the future.
