Upgrade Problem

Hi. When I was installing the new site I’m working on, I inadvertently included my single site pro addon from an old site. A problem was detected, it did not activate and I deleted the addon.

However, I went and purchased a NEW pro addon from your site and after having trouble installing it through the wordpress backend, installed it through FTP. Now I have pro, but no slide show is showing up on my site. How should I proceed? Should I delete everything and reinstall? I have all the receipts/purchase numbers etc.
