    Upgrading to the latest version will pop up an exception warning error

    Warning: Illegal string offset 'modules' in /wp-content/plugins/wptelegram/includes/Upgrade.php on line 399

    Thank you for reporting the issue. It has been fixed and an update has been released – v4.1.14.

    Can you please try to upgrade again?

    If it still errs, can you please try to uninstall and reinstall the plugin?
