Upgrade – permission denied still

  • All is running fine, but I am getting a permission error. This is on IIS (I have another blog that runs and upgrades fine). Right now the user has all rights to the main folder, and a few below, but according to the KB articles I shouldn’t have to apply all rights to every folder below, right? Hmmm.. Any ideas?
