• I am a paid version subscriber, I just updated to the latest greatest version. I noticed that the “upgrade to ultimate” security overlay in the back end, is covering a portion of the Advanced Tab settings “Seat Restrictions area” after adding mailchimp api info, it pushes the overlay down and covers those Seat Settings from being able to edited.

Not a huge deal for me as those settings are already in place and I dont need to change, but wanted to give a notice about it.

    Hi jakobe,

If you open up the developer console for your browser (https://balsamiq.com/support/faqs/browserconsole/), do you see any errors on that page? If not, then it sounds like maybe there is something delaying the document load time, so that our JavaScript that controls resizing/repositioning is firing before certain CSS selectors exist on the page. We’ll double check and then, if necessary, we’ll add, in the next update, any missing checks to make sure any selectors referenced in the JS exist before the JS gets triggered. If this is what’s causing he issue on your end, sorry about that.

Just to be clear, for anyone else reading this, it is not a premium feature that is being discussed here, and the fact that the user is using the premium version has no bearing on the issue at hand. If the issue is what is described (i.e. the overlays for the locked premium/ultimate sections appearing out of place), then that would affect the free version as well, which is why it is appropriate to respond here in the forums. That being said, should you have any questions specifically about the premium version, you’ll need to contact us by email, as discussion of premium features is not allowed in these forums.
