    Dear, good day.

    I am using Paid Membership Pro to manage my memberships and Woocommerce to make the sale. But when there is a purchase of a new membership, it does not appear in the user’s profile, either in the sense of upgrade or downgrade.

    This is when the sale is made directly through Woocommerce. How can I solve this problem?

    Hi @matheusfrutuoso,

    Can you confirm where in the user’s profile you refer to, please? If a user buys another membership, this should reflect on the members’ list in PMPro, note that when using WooCommerce, members should use the WooCommerce My Account area to manage their profile, orders and subscription.

    Mary, no matter where users go to verify their account, the information coming from Woocommerce needs to show up in Paid Membership Pro. Because if the user performs the upgrade on one system and it does not reflect on the other, we will have conflicts between them.
