Upgrade or downgrade performed in Woocommerce does not appear in Paid Membership

Dear, good day.
I am using Paid Membership Pro to manage my memberships and Woocommerce to make the sale. But when there is a purchase of a new membership, it does not appear in the user’s profile, either in the sense of upgrade or downgrade.
This is when the sale is made directly through Woocommerce. How can I solve this problem?
