Upgrade Notification won’t clear

  • On the backend of our site, the Admin menu is showing one plugin that needs updating.

    After a lot of searching, determined it to be MaxGalleria Pro however it is the most current version. If I disable it, the notification goes away. Enable it and it comes back. I emailed Alan and his response was he couldn’t duplicate it and just ignore it.

    I don’t like ignoring red notifications. Call it OCD, to me, it’s not a good practice.

    Does anyone else have any suggestions on how to track down and resolve the issue? Is there a log or settings file I can search through that may give me an idea why this plugin is generating the notification?

    Can you post this question on support forum at MaxGalleia.com? www.remarpro.com does not allow us to deal with paid plugin issues on their site.
