Upgrade – no posts on first page

I just upgraded (Using Fantastico) my site at https://cleanandorganized.com. Now I can only get the “Welcome” page to appear on the home page even though I have selected Recent Posts from the Options/Reading menu. I notice it also put a bunch of characters in there that I’m going to have to rewrite on the pages.

I’m most worried about the recent post pages. I’ve tried different themes so it isn’t that.
