Upgrade made my main album thumbnails tiny

After upgrading today to the most recent version of NextGen Gallery (2.2.10), the thumbnails on my main page became tiny. I usually fix this by modifying the file package.module.nextgen_basic_album.php with every previous upgrade (since changing the settings does nothing).

However, this time it did not work.

My thumbnails are supposed to be 200 x 200, and no matter what I do, still the main album thumbnails remain tiny. I have even cleared cache and refreshed my browser. How can I fix this so that they are 200×200 again?
