Upgrade just to change primary menu?

    OK This is just stupid! I go to my home page and try to make changes to my primary menu on the Academy Theme and I find PopularFX Pro required to make changes to my menu colors and actions. WTF? I have spent hours on the home page and now I find out I cant make changes to the menu in pagelayer? What kind of scam setup is this! You offer the theme for free but we make sure you cant change a major part of it without an upgrade? That ranks right up there with extortion! I would like to speak with someone about your sneaky underhanded marketing! I will be recommending the dropping of your plugins if there isn’t some response to the issues Im seeing. I figure if your going to hold my primary Menu hostage you deserve to be removed from the plugin list!

    I am having the same issue. I have been banging my head for 3 days to try to figure out why I couldn’t change the menu, I also changed the colors in settings to no avail. Then I finally came to this forum to search, only to find out I’ve wasted 3 days on something I had no control over! However, there is NO comment telling you that you can’t change the primary colors without pro and even when you change the colors in settings, it doesn’t tell you this!!

    I totally agree with @dean! This is BS!!!

    Hi,

    We have launched version 1.1.2 of PFX.
    It allows menu colors changing.
