Upgrade issues

  • A release warning would have been nice.
    The plugin had the shortcode ref changed (now ccf_form, was customform).
    Also no ability to set a title when creating a new form, nor edit existing forms’ titles.
    I’m sure a lot of improvements were made, but the absence of care for back compatibility gets two stars rating.
