    Hoping someone can advise. Upgraded this plugin and then the database as requested but I cannot access the form on the dashboard or the submissions – if I click on one to try and open it I get taken to the edit form page but nothing loads up, just a continual icon circling with ‘Preview’ written above it.
    I thought possibly creating a new form may help and then i could just delete the old one and replace but created it and then it would save it even though I clicked ‘save form’
    Can anyone advise as wishing I hadn’t upgraded the plug in now as at least the old format worked.

  • This happened to me as well, when I upgraded from 6.3.5 to the newest one, 6.4.3
    In Firebug, I could see an error in the console, but I don’t remember what it was. I restored the previous version of the plugin, confirmed that it worked, which it did.
    THEN I went to my dev server, where I have a copy of the site, and updated the plugin there. It worked fine.
    Came back to live site, upgraded and now there are no problems.
    I can only conclude that some resource the plugin needs in order to function was not available right then, but it is now. Might be worth checking into.
