Upgrade is new purchase – be careful

I like Elementor.
I upgraded from Advanced to Expert.
Due to some technical problem on their end (support apologized – no problem), the “upgrade” worked after some days only.I assumed that the Advanced package would be (partly) refunded, since I selected “upgrade”.
But no. Upgrade is just a new purchase.
“Our Refund Policy… blabla”Call it “New Purchase” please!
