I tried exporting my customizations for the free version, but I don’t know where to find them upon export, it doesn’t look like they downloaded to my machine anywhere?

    Hi Shane,

Unfortunately the settings can’t be imported/exported as they are not compatible with eachother (this is because they use different options so people can use both free and pro on the same site).

I am working on a conversion script but unfortunately for now you will need to copy them across individually (a bit of a pain I know!)

    ??

    Hello there,

I’ve just purchased the Responsive Menu Pro and need to install it but I am unsure of how to do so. I’m a bit of a newbie and read “unfortunately for now you will need to copy them across individually (a bit of a pain I know!)”. What do I copy and paste and where? Could I please have a step-by-step-process?

    Thank you!

Copying settings would only apply if a.) you’ve used and customized the styling and other items in the free version of the plugin and then b.) purchased the Pro version, in which case you’d need to install the Pro version and then duplicate whatever settings you’d applied in the free version to the Pro version. If you haven’t modified anything in the free version, then you don’t need to worry about it, make sense?

    Hi Vitonks and Shane,

Thanks for the help Shane, exactly as he described – just copy the options across one by one by ticking the appropriate boxes/changing colours etc.

If you need any further help please open a new support request as this one is now closed.

    All the best
