Upgrade insecure requests

    I have checked “Upgrade insecure requests” in the settings, but it is not added the the .htaccess file(and also doesn’t appear in the headers section). Is this a general bug?

    I think it didn’t work with the combination of other settings I had selected. I changed a few things back and forth, and now upgrade insecure requests is included. I will report if it happens again. Thanks!

    Added notice about this that it works in Live mode only.
