Upgrade: How to Access Quiz in FTP Files

I need to find the Quiz we had loaded before the upgrade (that took me by surprise) so I add it again. I keep going in circles, with “continue here to read about migrating” and then “Visit the WPSS support page”. When I get to the Support Page, which menu item has the specific details to go back and find the quiz? Thanks
