UPGRADE – help – Purchased PRO PACK & Tagalong

    Hi there . . . I had purchased pro pack and tagalong. Everything was absolutely perfect until I upgraded . . . help me please – locations are now gone – not sure what to do (if I can go back to previous version). I don’t want to have “lost everything” – I had several hundred locations input. If anybody knows what to do I would appreciate your help.
    No locations showing – no markers showing?

    When I go to manage locations – yes it says there’s 6 pages of locations – but none are showing?

    (Previously 50 markers were showing – looked great – and store locations were below).

    Plugin Environment now says:
    License Key: unlicensed
    WPCSL Version: 2.0.15
    WordPress Version: 3.4.2

    NOTE: I can’t update my WordPress Version to new version as several plugins won’t work with the newer version.

    Don’t know whatever possessed me to update the plugin (which has now caused this issue).

    Not sure why it says License Key: Unlicensed as I purchased everything I needed.

    Nevermind – I was able to figure out how to re-install older version – back to working perfectly . . . I had started to hyperventilate, fretting over thinking I had lost 680 store locations. All good now.

    For future reference, if you update the base plugin you should make sure all add-on packs are updated as well. I have been working on a built-in WordPress update notification system, but you need to get the latest version manually for that to be implemented. The best option is to come back to the charlestonsw.com website, login to your account, and download the latest release of each add-on pack.

    Not a perfect system, but I’m working on it.
