Upgrade has affected field names in record view

I was previously able to remove the field names from particular rows when viewing database results in record view. It could be done by leaving a space before the carrot (^) character instead of text.

So fields=”abc^xxxx,def^yyyy, ^zzzz” would show a record with two columns and three rows. The 3 row names would be “abc”, “def” and ” ” (ie blank).

Unfortunately now the 3 row names are “abc”, “def” and “zzzz”.

I would rather that particular field names remain blank but can no longer find a way to do this.

I would appreciate any help or guidance that anyone can offer. Thanks in advance.
