    Hi Donna
    Will there be an upgrade function/plugin/kit to move my data?
    I cannot afford to do it manually.

  • Hello,

    I hadn’t actually thought about doing that, but think it’s a great idea. Right now I’m planning to mostly focus on adding features to align this plugin’s functionality with the old Book Review plugin (i.e. adding support for Google Books API).

    Once I’ve done that, I can look into the possibility of some sort of import/export functionality. At this point though, I can’t commit to it since I’m unsure if it’s possible/how difficult it would be.

    Hello,

    I wanted to let you know that you can now migrate data from the old Book Review plugin as of version 1.2.0. Just add a Book Review Block to any post that previously used the Book Review plugin, and the block will be automatically populated with the book data.
