Upgrade from 3.4.1 to the latest

How do I upgrade from Atahualpa 3.4.1 to the latest version without loosing any of the changes I’ve made in the “Atahualpa theme options”?

I have found the answer how to copy it between blogs, when you just copy the database were the options is stored and unpacks it in the new blog, but thats not what I want to do.
