Upgrade from 3.1.4 to 3.2 gives fatal error

GUYS PLS can someone help me out pls. i upgraded my site and nw i cant log on to it and the website is showing this Fatal error: Call to undefined method Arras_Widget_Tag_Cloud::WP_Widget_Tag_Cloud() in /home/deebeamc/public_html/wp-content/themes/arras/library/widgets.php on line 404

deebeamone, you’ll have to log into your server via FTP and change it there.

how do i do that please

Use a FTP Client (I use Filezilla) and use the FTP login credentials (username and password) that your hosting company assigned to your hosting account. That looks to be your only option at this point!

To fix this, /library/widgets.php from:
find

function Arras_Widget_Tag_Cloud() {
    $this->WP_Widget_Tag_Cloud();
}

change to

function Arras_Widget_Tag_Cloud() {
    parent::__construct();
}

I just upgraded automatically to 3.2 and now I get this when I try to open my blog…
