Upgrade from 3.0.1 to 3.0.4

Tried to upgrade to 3.0.4 but now my blog is showing a HTTP 500 Ineternal Sever error. (See https://www.abelkeogh.com/blog). Any idea what could be causing this? I followed the instructions and am not sure where to start diagnosing this problem.
