Upgrade from 3.7 to 5.8 Old Orders not linking to products

We are doing an upgrade of our woocommerce 3.7 to 5.8.
Created a new site and exported from existing site and import products first
We managed to maintain the same ID for the products.
After we import the orders, order history there. But there is no link back to products. In the existing orders, we cannot see what product was purchased. We only see the amount paid.It seems like DB structure for new woocommerce version is different.

We tried to replicate with same wocommerce old version, it works fine..but not with new version of woocommerce.

Does anyone knows how we can resolve this?
