if content and admin deleted i would lose my posts and images … right ?

Only delete the /wp-admin and /wp-includes directories.
If you have a Languages folder KEEP IT.

Leave wp-images and wp-content alone.

is it important to upgrade !!! is it VERY IMPORTANT ?

If /wp-admin/ has your images in it, then yes, you will lose your images. You don’t have to delete /wp-content/ and your posts are stored in the database, so you won’t lose those.

If you don’t want to get hacked or experience horrible bugs, yes.

i can not understand this one

Delete all the wordpress files in the root directory where the root index.php file is found. DO NOT DELETE wp-config.php.

i have 2 places where the file index.php located !
