Login as administrator and selected update plugin. Now I am unable to access plugins EXCEPT I can add new and search, etc. My widgets are gone and site functions normally except the plugin menu item so I can’t delete it either. The site is new for me and still waiting for FTP access.

I doubt that your problem may be related to our plugin itself. Internal server errors are usually due to problems related to the web-server (e.g. syntax error in .htaccess files, file permissions, …) and not directly to php code. There are plugins which modify the .htaccess, but this is not the case. Did you perform other updates (plugins / themse / WP core) at the same time?

Thanks Marco. I was thinking of the same lines. No other updates as Black Studio is the first on our plugin list and a total of 12 updates required on this site. No core change or theme changes either. It seems to be that I need to get host info and grab a tech to find out what the error could display. Doing this now.

    Hi Brian,
Since there was another report similar to yours, I rechecked your site and noticed that actually everything is working fine. I am glad for you and I am asking if you can provide more details about what was causing the problem. I think it may be of help for other users. Thank you.

Thanks! I appreciate your timeliness and assistance. The solution was tied to the all-in-one calendar update. Once I was able to get ftp access and review the log it hit me like a rock! My apologies for your time. Here is the link for the error if it can help.

Thanks for your update. I’m glad that you fixed the issue and that the problem was not related to our plugin.
