Upgrade from 1.02 Ouch!

Last year I had someone customize & install WP on 4 of my sites, 1 church, 2 Non Profit relating to HIV/Aids & 1 commercial, for various reasons I didn’t use them, except for a couple of posts on the commercial site.

I’m now in a positon where I need to use them but would like to upgrade to 1.5…..Transferring the few posts isn’t necessary but I’d like to retain the style/format which relates to the rest of the site.

Explanation on how to retain the style while upgrading to 1.5 would be appreciated (in language a banana eating primate could understand)
