Upgrade from 1.9.7 to 4.2.0 creates error

Hi there,

Upgrading from 1.9.7 to 4.2.0 removes ability to download document. Clicking on the download link opens the download page, which is blank except for a large envelope icon.

I’ve read your guidance on upgrading to v4 and custom templates. I’ve checked and there are no custom templates on this site.

I wonder if it’s too big a leap to move from 1.9.7 to 4.2.0? Can I download earlier versions anywhere and try to upgrade in steps? Or can you suggest what the issue might be?
