Upgrade: Fatal Error – Call to undefined function

you will need to install wordpress again…and firstly upgrade without entering any data top functions.php that prevent to upgrade latest version

I can’t access the dashboard at all, not even to change any themes

If not just delete the current active theme, after having a backup.

It will automatically get redirected to default theme.

When I login, it still gives me the error.
I’ll delete the theme and downgrade the WordPress installation.

I will have to test your advice later in the evening as I will be shouted at if the site is down during the day lol. Thank you ??
