Upgrade / downgrade failed, help PLEASE !!

I think I had 2.6, and went to upgrade to 2.7.. When it finished uploading, there was just a white screen everywhere I went. SO I deleted everything and uploaded my backup back, it’s still not doing anything. PLEASE help me. ?? This has a lot of important things on it.. Thank you!!
