• Hi I posted a support query about the new Gutentor Blocks (GB) version wiping out my Icons about 2 days ago.

I deactivated GB and my Icons came back

Your support informed me that it is because I have not upgraded to your latest version of CosmosWP.

I did that today before switching on GB today and the CosmosWP ungrade wiped out my Menu Icon and …
Left huge spaces at the top of each page content …see link ….My setting is hide page heading, with zero content padding at the top, which worked fine till yesterday.

It seems to still hide page heading but inserting the space as if it is there.

I activated Gutentor Blocks again as per your advice and it did not solve either problem but wiped out the Button One search Icon as well.

I therefore have to roll back to my backup of last night to get rid of the CosmosWP upgrade and to stay away from Gutentor Blocks until you can assist and advise what I am doing wrong or provide a solution.

    Kind Regards Jean

Hi thank you for your response.

I have both the latest GB and latest CWP versions now running.

    Please see my home Page.

    https://bestbidonline.co.za/

The Menu Icon at top right is missing (I normally use it on the Mobile display)

The Search Icon Below it, which is normally a looking glass, is missing.

There is a huge space between the content and the Header Bottom instead of no space (I am sure it has to do with “show no header” in Page Content which worked before)

    Kind Regards Jean

    Hello @horizondigital ,

Somehow you are using FontAwesome version 4, CosmosWP uses Fontawesome 5 default.

Go to Appearance => Customize => Gutentor Options => General Options

    ,

Select Font Awesome 5 from Font Awesome Version

It will fix the Icon issue.

    Best Regards!
