Upgrade 2.5 to 3.01 – Now no admin options.

Upgrading from 2.5.1 to 3.0.1 it seems I’m now looking at a page with options only to edit pages or posts.
One thing – I had WP-CMS running before the upgrade.
Logout button points to that bloody https://demo.gilbertpellegrom.co.uk/wp-login.php?action=logout link…
Any help?
