upgrade

  • I attempted to upgrade to 2.9. Never had a problem upgrading before but this time it is a mess. Half the files are being rejected with errors such as :

    [quote]”550 swfupload.speed.js: Permission denied
    : /httpdocs/wp-includes/js/swfupload/plugins/swfupload.speed.js”[/quote]

    I do not know why an file would be denied permission and I cannot get to any part of my admin section. What is the problem with this new version?
