upgrade 1.5.1 to 1.5.1.3

If you’re comfortable with that, yes. But still run upgrade.php, to make sure to hit any changes that may have occured in the database.

Yes. In fact I provide a patch for 1.5.1.2 to 1.5.1.3 containing just the changed files for exactly this type of upgrade.

There are no schema changes from 1.5.1.2 to 1.5.1.3. However I do not know about the changes from 1.5.1 to 1.5.1.2. If there is no schema changes there then you don’t even need to run the upgrade script.

And after you are done maybe you want to create a patch, like mine above, to enable upgrade from 1.5.1 to 1.5.1.3 to help others like you.
