Upgrad was Successful, not website is not usable..

Try:
– switching to the default theme by renaming your current theme’s folder using FTP (or use whatever file management application your host provides)

– resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.

How does one switch the default theme utilizing FTP?

By renaming your current theme’s folder.

No need to do that in this case.

Just reset your plugins then upgrade the Podcasting Plugin by TSG to 2.3.10 before reactivating it.
