upgarde customer to vendor

i use this shortcode “[dokan-customer-migration]” for the page that customers can upgrade to vendors create vendor registration page.
but in the end of page that contain this shorcode the “become a vendor” button dose not do anything
and user roles are not vendor
and users have not permission to access dokandashboard page
