updrage with ajax error

Hi there,
I have upgraded the ultimate member to the latest version and when I upgrade the database it always says
“Upgrade Content Restriction Settings…
Something went wrong with AJAX request…
Your upgrade was crashed, please contact with support”
I followed the instruction and uploaded the upgrade patch but nothing happened.
What should I do now?

I really need to upgrade to the new version to use some features. we are willing to buy the whole bundles after this problem is fixed.
