    Hi Kat,

    I’ve located your support ticket in our system. You sent a request asking how to install UpdraftPlus (Oct 3rd, 09:54); our support agent replied 64 minutes later (10:58), providing a link to the documentation for doing so. That doesn’t seem “very long” to me, and your question didn’t indicate that you’d already seen the documentation (it didn’t ask for anything else than how to install). You didn’t subsequently reply, so our support agent assumed you were satisfied. Please do reply back to him if you are still having trouble.
