UpdraftPlus stopped following its schedule

    Hi, UpdraftPlus seems to have stopped following its schedule sometime in the last month. It was meant to be backing up files weekly and the database daily, but instead it has been backing up the files daily and the database not at all.

    Can you help or advise on this please?

    In the first instance please could you go to UpdraftPlus >> Advanced Tools >> Install debugging plugins and click WP Crontrol.

    Next, navigate to WordPress >> Tools >> Cron Events and type ‘updraft‘ in Search Hook Names like this.

    If you can’t see the weekly file and daily database backup tasks please could you resave the schedule in your UpdraftPlus >> Settings and then re-check the Cron Events tab to see if it has changed.

    You should also be able to see the correct dates shown on the Backup / Restore >> Next scheduled backups section here.
