    Hi,

    The log indicates that your webserver is not providing much resources – not enough to allow larger zip files to be created. (It’s probably overloaded). To work around that, do this:

    1) Go to the UD settings tab, and scroll down and open the ‘expert’ section at the bottom of the tab.

    2) Reduce the ‘split’ size shown from its current setting of 100Mb down to 25Mb

    3) Save settings, and start a fresh backup

    Hi,
    I tried reduce split size to 25mb and it didn’t help
    Log here:

    But then I excluded folder 2013,2014 from Uploads (wp-content/uploads/2013,…) and it reduced Uploads folder size from 354mb to 189mb and the backup process after that could completed.

    Just one more question: How can I exclude folder 2013, 2014 from wp-content/uploads/downloads/ ?

    Hi,

    Your most recent log link doesn’t work – I think you need to mark the file in Google Drive as shared.

    There are exclude options at the top of the ‘Settings’ tab, in the section where you configure which files to back up.

    In the question I meant I have folder wp-content/uploads/2013 and wp-content/uploads/downloads/2013 and how to exclude them. Then I did it by fill in exclude: 2013,downloads/2013

    My problem is solved now, thanks for your support, rated 5 stars ^^
