UpdraftPlus restored failed

Hi, I was trying to migrate my website by using updraftplus to download the backup files from old website and upload it to my new website wp.

However, when I restored the others and uploads files, nothing changed to my new website, just wondering what are the possible reasons. I am also curious about which files will my posts and images be included?

In addition, when I restored the database, the new website will automatically break, showing that one of the steps failed. As a result, I was logged out and the website will be unabled for all the users to login again.
